The latest offer from MOREDA® includes SWINGING BAR GATES and galvanised and plastic-coated INDUSTRIAL SLIDING GATES.
The BAR GATES and the INDUSTRIAL SLIDING GATES, which move along rails, are the perfect accessory for the Cercator® fence model.
MOREDA® brings onto the market INDUSTRIAL SLIDING GATES, which are supplied in modules that can be assembled on site, avoiding logistical problems involved in handling large gates. They are made up of the following modules:
  • Module with theoretical dimensions of 2 m wide by 2 m high (you can join several modules together to make gates with a width that is a multiple of 2 m).
  • Module with theoretical dimensions of 1 m x 2 m (you can join 2 m x 2 m modules with a 1 m x 2 m modules to create sliding gates with an odd length, from 3 m wide).
  • Tail, with theoretical dimensions of 1 m x 2 m.
  • Bridge, with theoretical dimensions of 1 m x 2 m.
The maximum recommendable length is 10 m.

The automated systems required to motorise the SLIDING GATES can be supplied as additional equipment.
Swinging bar gates




 Manufacturing characteristics:
  • Manufactured with a Z-275 galvanised section subsequently coated with polyester with a thickness of 120 microns.
  • Leaf with 40x25x1.00-mm vertical bars, turned to 32º. 60x40x1.5-mm frame and 60x60x2.0-mm inner section.
  • Columns using 80x80x2.0-mm sections.
  • Gates fitted with a locking system that uses a lock built into the section, with a key and a handle. They have adjustable hinges. The double gates have a foot bolt and a catch to anchor into the floor.
  • Gates can be adjusted to open inwards or outwards.
  • Standard colours: green (RAL 6005) or white (RAL 9010).

Industrial sliding gates




 Manufacturing characteristics:
  • Modular gates, to be assembled on site.
  • Manufactured with a Z-275 galvanised section subsequently coated with polyester with a thickness of 120 microns.
  • Module with 40x25x1.00-mm vertical bars, turned to 32°. 5-m wide ³ gate frame: 60x60x1.5 and 60x60x2.0 tube. 6-m wide ³ gate frame: 80x40x2.0 and 80x80x3.0 tube.
  • Most common colours: green (RAL 6005) or white (RAL 9010). Other colours from the RAL chart available upon request.
Each gate is supplied with all the modules, tail, bridge, rails, screws, nuts, washers, plastic caps for covering the screws and angle irons required for assembly.

When installation is not carried out by Moreda, any fault that may result in the gate not working properly will be the responsibility of the installer.
